I am British-born but I moved to Italy from London in 1998 and I now consider this country to be my home.
I hold a degree in modern languages (French and Italian) from Cambridge University and a master’s in politics of encounter and cultural mediation in a migration context from Roma Tre University.
I qualified and registered as an Italian professional journalist in 2005.
I lived in Rome for ten years before moving to Monterotondo, a rapidly expanding hilltop commuter town just north of the capital.
Here I live in a top-floor apartment offering stunning 360° views; on a clear day it is even possible to see St Peter’s dome in Rome.
I am married to an Italian and I have two children.
